ESL Programs
1- Intensive English Program Advantage (IEPA) (36 hrs/week)

Monday to Friday - morning and afternoon classes.

Morning classes from 9:00 a.m. to 12:36 p.m.

·         1st class: Listening / Speaking

·         2nd class: Grammar / Writing

·         3rd class: Reading / Vocabulary

Afternoon classes from 1:30 p.m. to 5:06 p.m.

·         1st class: Conversation Management and Accent Reduction Class (CMAR)

·         2nd class: In-Depth Communication (IDC)

·         3rd class: In-Depth Discussion (IDD)

2- Intensive English Program (IEP) (24 hrs/wk)
Monday to Friday - morning and first class from the afternoon courses.

Classes from 9:00 a.m. to 2:42 p.m.

·         1st class: Listening / Speaking

·         2nd class: Grammar / Writing

·         3rd class: Reading / Vocabulary

·         4th class: Reading / Vocabulary Or Accent Reduction Class

3- Basic English Program (BEP) (18 hrs/wk)

Monday to Friday - morning only.

Classes from 9:00 a.m. to 12:36 p.m.

·         1st class: Listening / Speaking

·         2nd class: Grammar / Writing

·         3rd class: Reading / Vocabulary

4- Conversation (18 hrs/wk)

Monday to Friday - afternoon only.

Conversation Program includes the following two program types:

·         Intermediate Conversation Program

·         Advanced Conversation Program.

·         Both programs start from 1:30 p.m. and last till 5:06 p.m.

Intermediate Conversation Program has the following classes:

·         1st class: Conversation Management and Accent Reduction (CMAR)

·         2nd class: Focus on Idioms (FOI)

·         3rd class: Role Play Practice (RPP)

Advanced Conversation Program has the following classes:

·         1st class: Conversation Management and Accent Reduction Class (CMAR)

·         2nd class: In-Depth Communication (IDC)

·         3rd class: In-Depth Discussion (IDD)

5- TOEFL (18 hrs/wk)

Monday to Friday - morning, afternoon, or evening:

·         Morning classes from 9:00 a.m. to 12:36 p.m.

·         Afternoon classes from 1:30 p.m. to 5:06 p.m.

·         Evening classes from 6:00 p.m. to 9:36 p.m.

Sample of TOEFL weekly schedule:

6- Intensive TOEFL Preparation Program (24 hrs/wk)
The program includes Basic TOEFL class from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:36 p.m. and TOEFL Integrated Program, Monday to Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Below is the sample class structure

Note: Intensive TOEFL is currently offered only in the Alhambra, Orange County, and Torrance campuses.

7- TOEIC (18 hrs/wk)

Monday to Friday - afternoons only.

Class from 1:30 p.m. to 5:06 p.m.

TOEIC includes the following class sessions:

·         Speaking / Writing Practice

·         Intensive Vocabulary Building

·         Business Reading Practice

8-GMAT®/GRE® Preparation Program (18 hrs/wk)

Monday to Friday - morning and afternoon:
Morning classes from 9:00 a.m. to 12:36 p.m.
Afternoon classes from 1:30 p.m. to 5:06 p.m. 

• Vocabulary
• Reading
• Sentence Completion
• Critical Reasoning
• Analogies, Sysnonyms, and Antonyms
• Writing
• Computer-Aided Practice

9- Private Lessons
Private lessons last about 1.5 hours. The schedule for private lessons will vary depending on the students preference and teacher's availability.
