在國外生活一直是我長久以來的夢想！抱著姑且一試的心情寄出加拿大遊學打工申請表的那刻！殊不知我的人生就此改變！經過第一階段體檢通知到最後收到確認信的同時，我開始認真的找尋代辦，同時這中間也必須克服出國前必須面對種種包含家庭和工作間來的壓力。

話說SEC並非我第一次就找上，因為想一勞永逸，當初就設定找萬能全包的代辦來處理，但沒想到經朋友介紹的反而讓我徒勞而功，後來自己開始在網路上爬文，可能是冥冥中註定要相遇吧！哈哈～雖然沒有氣派的公司網站介紹，小到看不清楚的兩張照片也搞不清楚誰是誰的狀況下，寫信去問了語言學校和打工遊學的種種，沒想到很快的就得到回應了！

永遠都記得下班趕往麥當勞的路上，還是很猶豫要不要真的放棄臺灣的一切去加拿大，但讓我更驚訝的是Queenie和Myrna兩位的熱情與專業，彷彿相識很久的朋友，熱心分享他們

過去的經驗，很快的也在出發前的三個月內搞定所有的一切流程和文件！

我選擇的是 Globe Village Vancouver 25W的英文課程，從一開始GV3的ESL到 GV6的Business English Course 這五個月中英文的確進步不少！在這裡也結交了非常多的國外朋友！

從韓國、日本、南美、沙烏地阿拉伯、歐洲甚至來自馬達加斯加的同學，GV的校風多元且課程豐富，還有課後活動多采多姿，讓我在溫哥華的生活添加很多的樂趣呀！

讀萬卷書不如行萬里路！我的確遵循這樣的原則努力遊山玩水～哈哈

除了遠征Yellowknife看見了極光，也跟著韓國同學參加美西九日遊，餐餐吃韓國料理吃到要吐，在Seattle登上Space Niddle 才發現西雅圖夜未眠都騙人的！因為實在冷的要命阿！

還有萬聖節為了應付上門來的小孩，準備了爆炸多的糖果結果寥寥無幾！2011跨年夜跑到Granville St.跟著群眾手舞足蹈迎接2012，第一次滑雪，半年來有太多的第一次都在溫哥華發生，如果當初我沒有勇氣放下一切來到這裡，也許這一切都將不曾存在！

用眼睛記錄我所看過的風景，努力為自己的人生留下回憶，很多機會真的錯過就不再有的，如果你也曾經和我一樣因為種種現實因素考量而想完成自己夢想還裹足不前的朋友，勇敢的大步向前吧！SEC會是你旅程上的最佳夥伴！不管是學業和日常生活上，甚至Boxing的凌晨帶著我到Seattle瘋狂蝦拼24hr也是Queeine呀！

而我也將繼續把握未來的日子，一步一腳印征服加拿大＆美國的其他城市！FIGHTING!!

感謝可愛的學生Bonnie在Queenie生日當天送上感人肺腑的心得~Bonnie是個很"超認真學習"的學生~真得大家要跟她學學! 還記得第一次在麥當勞見面，大家就正事聊東聊西聊到晚上11點哩。現在經過那麥當勞，都會不經意地想到妳(羞)~ 開朗少女 向前衝 fighting!

101年1月1日起民國82年次役男出境應經核准

寒假即將來臨，而且春節長達九天的連假，許多家庭安排出國旅遊，內政部役政署呼籲民國82年次（含以前）出生的男子，如果要出境，應經事先申請核准，以免造成困擾，影響遊興。

役政署指出，依據「兵役法施行法」第48條及「役男出境處理辦法」第4條規定，役齡男子尚未履行兵役義務者，出境應經核准，但是，近年來經常有已達役齡身分者，因為出國前沒有辦理役男出境核准手續，以致於在出國當天到了機場，卻因具有役男身分而遭境管人員擋駕，發生無法順利出境的問題，美好的出國計畫因此泡湯。

101年1月1日起，民國82年次男子已屆19歲，達法定兵役年齡，具有役男身分，依法尚未服役的役男，如果要出國應經核准；不過，如果於役齡前的18歲之年12月31日以前出境，出國並不需申請核准。

內政部役政署表示：要出國短期旅遊的役男，可持護照

、身分證及印章向鄉（鎮、市、區）公所兵役單位提出申請，辦公時間內隨到隨辦；現就讀國內學校20歲以上在學緩徵役男，也可以直接向移民署臨櫃申請，或以網路方式（https://nas.immigration.gov.tw/）申請出境。

另有關役齡男子出國（包括就學及觀光）的相關事宜，內政部役政署網站（http://www.nca.gov.tw/）-業務資訊- 下載服務-常備兵徵集類，可供下載役男出境相關資訊，請大家多加利用。

6. 需驗尿(多喝水。女性需注意經期時間，生理期前三日至後三日不宜進行)

• Medical clearance is valid for one year after the examination. Medical reports and X-rays become the property of the Canadian medical authorities and will NOT be returned.

College Preparatory English courses have been designed for students whose original education was completed in a language other than English.

Credit and non-credit courses are offered to students who are preparing for, or are already taking part in, post secondary studies.

本次小編親自來到Alberta 省的卡加利 (Calgary)，卡加利是艾伯塔省經濟、金融和文化中心。這個城市的工程師密度是全加第一，多次被評為世界上最乾淨的城市，也在2011年被評選為全世界第五適合居住的城市。

這邊簡單介紹一下卡加利最著名的活動如下:

牛仔節 Calgary Stampede

卡加利的牛仔節 (Calgary Stampede)，在每年的七月的第一個星期五，為期10天的節慶。由於卡加利一年大約有9個月都處於比較寒冷的天氣，所以此盛會被稱為"地球上最盛大的戶外節目"。

此節慶的重頭戲為牛仔競技表演及馬車比賽，這也是國際公認的最大一個競技比賽。除了在牛仔競技公園(Stampede Park)裡可欣賞這些比賽外，在卡加利市到處都可看到有關慶祝該節慶的活動，也在此時帶來許多觀光客。

卡加利高塔 Calgary Tower

卡加利高塔建立於1968年有191公尺的高度，算是卡加利Downtown的指標。從觀景台上可360度的眺望整個卡加利市、洛磯山脈的美景、及周邊大草原的風景。

卡加利高塔上有個旋轉餐廳，在享用美食的同時也有視野上的享受。在2005年的六月，觀景台上新加了玻璃地板，提供參觀民眾可站在玻璃地板上體會騰空的感受。

紫丁香花節 Lilac Festival

紫丁香花節是卡加利年度的街頭節慶，在每年五月的最後一個星期天舉行。為期一天的節慶，在卡加利市中心第四街(4th Stree)上，長達有13條街道被封起來。而除了各式各樣不同的攤子讓民眾吃吃喝喝逛市集外，也有許多藝術家及樂隊的街頭表演。

2. 卡加利的天氣變化多端，一天之內可看到春夏秋冬四種不同氣候的情景，加上早晚的溫差也很大，因此建議隨身準備保暖外套以防天氣變化。關於當地的氣候，可參考The Weather Network。

3. 卡加利因石油及天然氣的開發，在每年的六月都會有石油展，加上七月的牛仔節，這些節目會常常在當地的旅館有一房難求的狀況。若要在這期間來訪，記得提早選定居住地喔!

Congratulations. Your application has successfully passed the first phase of the application process, satisfying the general criteria of International Experience Canada.
Today, your file was transferred to the Visa and Immigration section for the second phase of evaluation. The Visa and Immigration section will contact you through email in the coming days with further instructions on information they require to complete the processing of your application. Please ensure that you have added hkong-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca to your email account safe senders’ list to ensure that you receive these messages.
If you comply with the instructions provided in a timely manner you should receive the final result of your application in eight weeks. Please be patient as we will not respond to emails regarding the status of your application during this period.
If your application is refused by the Visa and Immigration section, you will receive an email explaining the reasons for this refusal. The International Experience Canada section will then return your participation fee cheque to you by mail.

關於完成體檢的重要訊息: 請注意: 一旦完成體檢, 您無需再將醫院的收據或証明寄到香港的簽證移民組, 您可自行保留做存檔用. 您的體檢報告結果將會由指定醫生送出並在接下來的幾週通知您是否需要複檢. 除非有被另外通知 不然您在此階段不需再進行任何動作.
